Am I going to get the same benefit doing one body part per day as doing all. I am just wondering if you do say... Upper Body Pyramid without very much rest if this benefits all muscles as you are exhausting each and every one of them. OR, do you benefit more by having all your energy focused on a specific body part. I don't know about the rest of you but sometimes it's like a holiday to do one body part per day.
