I'm doing one/two body part a day. For Meso 1 (I'm in week 3), I did
day 1 - Chest and Shoulders
day 2 - biceps
day 3 - back
day 4 - triceps
day 5 - legs
I didn't time how long the workout took... I usually do 30 mins cardio + ~30 min strength... of course, the first day takes longer than 30 mins since it's 2 body parts. I know this is not the way STS meant to be, but I like doing it MY way. I might not get the results others might be getting..
For Meso 2, I'm changing the order (don't know how yet) since Cathe changes the order for muscle confusion.
