Has anyone used the GS to do a one body part per day routine w/ cardio each day? I'm thinking of doing this, but not sure if each section would be enough to fatigue the body part. something about the combination on these workouts really works the muscles.
Anyone care to share your rotation for something like this??
I was going to do the august bootcamp rotation, but august is way too busy of a month for me to be working out 2 hrs a day.
