On your amazing progress...??

Hi Cathe,

So glad to hear that you are on the mend!! I'll keep praying for ya!!

On a side note, I am a relatively new Cathe addict but loving the results I am seeing. I have already purchased about 80% (I think) of your DVDs and as I've started doing some of the older ones, I realize how you (and your crew as well) have made AMAZING progress in your physiques (sp?) over time. I mean, you all look great anyway, but to see the tremendous muscle tone and definition in the later videos..it really shows inspirational progress.

I was just curious then - if there is one single 'thing' to which you would attribute the progress ~ is it eating a clean diet, or varying your routines, etc.? I'm not asking for diet advice, just curious if there was a key point where you (all) started seeing significant progress?

I would just like to add that it is SO VERY INSPIRING to consistently see you and your crew looking better with age. Truly, you're all a wonderful inspiration.

Great question.

I also want to say that Cathe and crew are a huge inspiration! Cathe's workouts, her sound advice and positive attitude have seriously changed my life. Coming from a background plagued with eating disorders and compulsive exercise, I am finally at a place in my life where my I love my body and feel great in the skin I'm in. Even though I've got two little boys now and have less time to devote to exercise, I look better than I ever have...ever. Thanks to Cathe's advice, I'm seeing real definition in places I never expected (hello abs!)

Cathe, I adore you and wish you well in your recovery process. Can't wait to see what you are cooking up next. I'll always be a huge fan and will preorder everything, always. The words "thank you" don't even come close to expressing my gratitude...but I'll say them until I'm blue in the face. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
 
Hi Kelly! Eating clean and varying routines definitely play a HUGE factor.....but the number one thing that makes the difference in our physiques is the CONSISTENCY of doing both.
