? on 3 month rotation

Just wondering if once the 3 month rotation is completed, can it be repeated thru again. I'm already on week 4 and didn't know how each week was suppose to be done twice for the 6 month, too late to repeat things now, too anxious to keep moving forward. Will results still be gotten going thru the whole thing once, then repeating it.

I plan on doing it again. I'll be interested to see when I take my 1RM's all over again what kind of gains I've obtained.

Yes, you can either immediately repeat the program or take a break and come back to STS after trying something else for a while.

Do you have to take a break or can you go right back into it? Will the 1RM tests have to be repeated?
