Ok I just kind of cheated a little and took the video from youtube and the workout card and tried it as my Saturday leg workout...I think I am going to be sick and I took breaks which I am not sure if there are going to be breaks because there were none shown.
This is where I think I messed up. Normally on weight days I wake up and eat about a 1/4 cup of frozen berries with a scoop of protein and 1/2 a cup of cereal. On cardio days, a fruit, normally an orange. Well I did not consider the cardio here and the exertion and the milk sloshing around in there heating up and well I am sure you get the picture.
So I kind of wondering what kind of breakfast should eat before a plyo and strength workout??? Because milk is not a good idea
