OMG Plyo 26!!!!?

Ok I just kind of cheated a little and took the video from youtube and the workout card and tried it as my Saturday leg workout...I think I am going to be sick and I took breaks which I am not sure if there are going to be breaks because there were none shown.
This is where I think I messed up. Normally on weight days I wake up and eat about a 1/4 cup of frozen berries with a scoop of protein and 1/2 a cup of cereal. On cardio days, a fruit, normally an orange. Well I did not consider the cardio here and the exertion and the milk sloshing around in there heating up and well I am sure you get the picture.

So I kind of wondering what kind of breakfast should eat before a plyo and strength workout??? Because milk is not a good idea:p

Hi Four AM! Wow, you are brave....love it! Well you are in luck because STS Plyo-legs has 30 second breaks between every exercise.

As far as a workout meal, everybody's digestive track responds differently to certain foods so I will tell you what works for me. I always eat lightly before a workout and give myself an hour to 75 minutes to digest. A typical small breakfast for me is small cup of oatmeal, about 6 blackberries, 1/2 small peeled granny smith apple, and 1/4 cup of skim milk. When I wake up late and only have 30 minutes before a workout, I eat those good old fashioned Powerbars of many years back (not the newer versions). I either choose, chocolate, or chocolate peanut butter flavor. They digest in about 1/2 hour. Of course water is always in order.

Hope this helps!
