Ten percent is a huge raise!! I usually get 5% each year, which is enough to stay afloat only. I would LOVE that raise!

Thank you all for such sweet responses! I didn't think anyone would read this post, nevermind RESPOND to it! I feel like I'm bragging....but the first thing that came to my mind when my boss told me was "I have to tell all my Cathe friends!!!" You guys really are my only friends. Is that sad? Or weird? Or am I just one lucky gal.....
