OMG!! House

Wow, my fiance and I just received an accepted offer for our first home!! It's both of our first purchases. It is a side by side - 2254 sq feet with 3 bR and 3.5 baths! my first workout room! I'm excited!! We gave notice at our apt tonight!! Wish us luck through the whole thing!!

Thanks so much for letting me share!!!!

Also, it's my birthday today! and a 14 - 20 inch snow storm, fat Tuesday and Super Tuesday!!

Alright! There's nothing like owning your first home and being able to paint the walls whatever color you want or hang any artwork you choose. It is YOURS! Congratulations!

Thank you everyone!!! We are so excited! Home inspection is all set up. It sounds bigger as they are counting the finished basement in the square footage! I already started pulling down photos, nick nacks! All the decisions on how to decorate!!!
