Yes they do and I find it very motivating. Now, if I could just stick with the program and work on my eating habits, well hey, there's no reason why I can't look like the rest of them right?


I am very excited for these workouts to come out and I think the set looks great too!

Cathe & her crew look sensational. I can not believe the abs on Cathe. Those pictures have inspired me to work harder, so I will be able to do those new workouts. Cathe is so motivating.

Those abs are just amazing on Cathe!! I could not believe how cut they all were when I saw the pics last night!! I was at my daughter's halloween party at school today and as I was eating the pizza..her abs just kept sticking in my mind with each and every bite..I will be eating super duper clean as of tomorrow morning without a doubt

Cathe and crew are definitely an inspiration! I found myself today wanting to stay away from Halloween candy (that was everywhere in the office!) and wanting to work harder on my abs! Those pictures are incredible!
