Oldie But Definitely a Goodies - Body Max!!


Wow, I haven't done Body Max in a long time. This is a tough workout but so much fun. If you haven't done it in a while, try it and if you don't have this workout, I would definitely get it. It comes with 2 other workouts - Power Hour and Maximum Intensity Strength which are both very awesome workouts.

Hi everyone, just joined as I have rediscovered Cathe (in my mid 50s) and started replacing some Cathe VHS with DVDs, finally! I have a couple of them with multiple workouts on one disc, and I thought it mentioned a way to mix and match sections across the workouts (for instance lower body from Power hour plus circuits from Bodymax). Is that possible? If so can someone point me to instructions on how to program my player? Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate it!
