I am having an offline "discussion" with Mikie (the wonderful person who introduced me to Cathe) about which videos to order to supplement the ones we alreay have. Any opinions on SNM 1 and Mega Step Blast? Just to give you something to compare to, my faves are Step Works and Power Max. Thanks!

It is similar to SW and PM but a little more choreography challenging. I also enjoy Step Heat. The only Cathe video I don't have is Mega Step Blast. Amy Jo

Thanks! I read the review of Rhythmic Step and you are right, it sounds really fun! What do you think of Step n Motion I as compared to your other videos?

I haven't done these two in years. Some aerobics and toning, but not as intense at the previous videos I mentioned. Amy Jo
