OK, you morning exercisers. I must be a klutz!

Today I actually got my tired butt out of bed at 5:30 am to do All-Step! Yes, Hell may have frozen over this morning! The kids activities are just getting too overwhelming, so this seemed like a good plan. I also have to go to court for my best friend who gets to finalize her daughters adoption today:) :) So, if it didn't get done this morning it wasn't gonna happen. Here's the question: Did you have a balance problem when you began exercising in in the morning? Was your stamina less? I can do All-Step in my sleep, but I was really off balance and working hard! What gives??????

How funny you would mention that Dawn - I've always been an am exerciser and never have any problems when I get enough sleep. I have terrible insomnia though and sometimes I only sleep three hours a night. Last night being one of them. I was working out at 2:30 this morning and I was falling all over the place!! I told DH to keep an eye on me in case I fell down.:+ I'm sure your body will adjust to your workouts once you get used to it. Oh, my stamina is usually way better in the morning. By afternoon I'm just too wiped out!:p

Hello Dawn, Some mornings I have more trouble with my balance than others. Here is a tip that works for me. Before you get out of bed, sit up with your feet on the floor and ***turn your head to the left, back to center, to the right and back to center three times. Not too fast, not too slow. *** Now tip your head to the side (toward the shoulder) and alternate sides 3 times. *** Now tip your chin forward and back up then slightly back 3 times.*** Be gentle. This is not a stretch. I think the idea is to get the fluid in the inner ear distributed evenly. Now stand up and go about your day. I hope this helps. It helped me.
