Today I actually got my tired butt out of bed at 5:30 am to do All-Step! Yes, Hell may have frozen over this morning! The kids activities are just getting too overwhelming, so this seemed like a good plan. I also have to go to court for my best friend who gets to finalize her daughters adoption today
So, if it didn't get done this morning it wasn't gonna happen. Here's the question: Did you have a balance problem when you began exercising in in the morning? Was your stamina less? I can do All-Step in my sleep, but I was really off balance and working hard! What gives??????
