I vote SEAN!!! I am pretty sure I am old enuf to be his mom too! One of my regrets when I get the MP3 downloads is that I don't get the CD cover. :-( That lil' picture of Sean on my iPod for Volume 8 is just not BIG enuf! Ha! That being said, both Sean and Tony are great guys and their workouts fill diff needs.

Debbie, even if you order the CD you no longer get the nice cover with pictures, so we just have to make do with the little iPod picture. I think he should start selling posters!

My vote goes to Coach Sean. Even if I didn't know what he looked like, my vote would still go to him.
