I think, in a moment of insanity, that I mentioned here that someday I'd probably get rid of my Cathe's because of the great gains I had with the X.
I lied. Or was abducted by an alien that day. Or my blood sugar was low. Or something.
I did MuscleMax today, and while it wasn't nearly as difficult as I remembered it being, I had a GREAT time, and was smiling like an idiot working out with Cathe and the crew again!!!! I just love her, no matter what! So, she's not my go-to workout series when I want to focus on serious strength building, but that's just FINE! I need variety! And workouts for other goals, like endurance, fat burning, etc.
Not only am I not getting rid of old Cathe, I just pre-ordered not one, not two, but the ENTIRE new series, and tossed in BootCamp and MuscleEndurance for good measure (I know, I can't believe I don't have this one either!)!!!!!!!
