Hi all- I finally got serious and bought some tapes today. Here's what I bought-
Step Blast
KP&C
IMAX 2
Cardio and Weights
PUB
PLB
Rhythmic Step

I chose these because they seemed like a good way to start a rotation involving cardio and weight work. I also have already ME. I've never actually done it because I am so intimidated by it (and have had a terrible chest cough for days!!). Please give opinions on the choices and any advice on creating a rotation. Thanks!

Hi Jean!!

What you can do is for instance 1 total body ME workout and 2 days of weights with 1 day upper the other lower with PUB and PLB and 3 days of cardio. It could look something like this

Monday-Imax 2
Tuesday-PUB
Weds. PLB
Thursday-RS
Friday-KPC
Sat. ME
Sunday-Off

Monday-C&W
Tusday-Imax2
Wed.-PUB
Thursday-PLB
Friday-RS
Sat. ME
Sun. OFF

Monday-ME
Tusday-KPC
Wed.-PUB
Thursday-RS
Friday-PLB
Saturday-Imax, RS,C&W or KPC
Sun.-Off
As you can see you can do anything but If you see on the one Saturday I put choices of 3 cardio because you have PLB the day before and your legs might be tire so maybe you would want to do RS or take a day off, go for a walk or stretch. If you only want to work out 5 days a week just take one of the cardio out. But for weights just make sure that you hit each muscle 2 times a week. HTH

P.S. Also if you do C&W before or after a day that you did weights, you might want to go light on the weights but if you want to use this as all cardio and strength then maybe go heavy but dont do a strength before or after this one.
 
Wow- thanks for the great rotation schedule. I was kind of thinking along the same lines but wasn't really sure what to do! Do you think there are any other specific videos that would fit in well with the ones I already have??

Ok sure, If you want to do another total body instead of doing 1 day upper and 1 down lower you can consider PP & Superset from the Body blast which is a little bit short then the ME and it is not as intimdating (sp). IF you want to something like ME there is Power Hour. A lot of People loves the Pure Strength which is a 3 day split doing 2 body parts a day. This is more like gym style. You can alternate doing the PS one week then follow by doing ME and Pyramid the next. Also Circuit Max is fun and tough}(. I Also forgot to add Step Blast to your rotation but Im sure you know you can do it on any of your cardio days;-).

Edit to say also how can I forget about Cardio Kicks. This one I did yesterday and forgot how fun this is:). It is more like hi/lo in the beginning but at the end around 15 minutes Cathe does Drills which is so much fun!! You might want to consider this because you have a few steps already and you really want to cross-train.
 
Sorry I'm not so good at writing rotations, but I wanted to say I think you made some really wise buying decisions! :)
