Ok...here goes first time w/GS legs...

and I'm off to eat my preworkout bowl of oatmeal with flaxseed and blueberries and thinks that may not be enough.

I know from all the wonderful GS DOMS posts I read this will be an awesome workout. Just sharing my fun/misery to come.:)
 
I just did it for the 1st time this week. Those outer thigh lifts with the band left my legs shaking. I still loved the workout though. I'm sure you will too.
