I am being nosey, and wondering what scent/aftershave your partner wears ? And does it drive you weak at the knees ? LOL

My DH wears Chanel Anteus (weak knee factor every time :-wow !), Joop (red bottle) and CK One.

Spill the beans everyone...:)

My sweetie wears Boss by Hugo Boss... it's nice and he knows how to wear it rather than bathe in it. Sometimes he wears Yoji (forget who makes that).

ps - Bev I LOVE Davidoff Coolwater.. but he won't wear it. I have Coolwater Woman and wear that a lot in the summer becuase it's so refreshing.

:)

Drakaar Noir. I just got him a bottle. The first time I bought it for him I was in highschool so it might be for nestalgic reasons, but I'm a softy for that one.

All I can say is that you ladies are LUCKY! I cannot get my hubby anywhere near a bottle of anything. Not aftershave or cologne. The best I can hope for is the smell shaving cream leaves behind. But now that he got an electric shaver for Christmas I don't even get that pleasure. At least he always smells clean...Lever 2000. Heather

MY husband probably wears the cheapest cologne out there. He uses Gender One.Which is a rip off from ck one.But he doesn't like ck one.He as worn it ever since I have known him.In the meantime I have changed my perfume a million times over.
He works well with his own scent to though.I can spell him on everything that he has worn, all of his coats.....etc.When he went away recently my little girl smelled one of his sweaters, hugged it and then took it to bed with her.

I have a good friend who is so sensitive to perfumes (they give him headaches) that he can hardly go out. Another one of my friends is only sensitive to a few things but they really knock her out. I have noticed some doctor's waiting rooms ask that patients not wear perfume. This has made me very reluctant to wear anything. Also, when I run in a state park, there are often choking clouds of perfume around dog-walkers and strolling people that I run past. So many people wear way too much perfume. Especially older women. Sometimes it even burns my eyes a little if I'm stuck near one. Like absolute Patchouli Hell I endured flying from Raleigh to LAX once. I had to stick my face inside my turtleneck for the whole flight. So, I just wanted to mention that perfume can actually be a nuisance if it's overdone. OK, flame away.

Banana Republic "M". It's clean and citrusy, which I like, but not weak knee time. Maybe I should buy him some Chanel Anteus?

I'm with you on this, Mogambo

I am also sensitive to perfumes. A little bit goes a long ways!!
I dispise perfumed deodorants--men are particularily guilty of using these. Sweat seems to make them stronger too. I much prefer the scent of a good soap.

Anyone smelled the latest CK fragrance for men called Crave? I actually love it and tried to get him to sample it in the store the other day... to no avail.

Oddly, I hate it when my husband wears a cologne. I like his natural scents - he soooo sweet without any help :)

I'm serious too! Laura
