ok, for the ladies here who are in weight maintainance

ok, ok, most of us are into getting there whatever goal it is, working hard eating clean doing some inner journey, lifting weights, etc etc etc.... But there must be women here who are totally happy in their present weight and the way they look, after weeks and months of dedication and busting your hines off, to you: CONGRATULATIONS, you are an achiever!!!!! wohoooo..
getting there is one thing, and being there is another thing, totally 2 different states of mind.
how you keep it up? what are your eating patterns now and workouts, state of mind, details please!thank you

I hit my goal weight with Atkins almost 3 years ago. I still do Atkins & am pretty strict about it during the week, but on the weekends I eat pretty much anything I want.

My workouts have stayed the same. I do cardio 4-5 times a week & mix aerobic with anaerobic. I lift heavy 3 times a week, 2 body parts per day. I do abs twice a week, one weighted workout & one core workout.

My state of mind has never been better. It feels great to look good. I mean, much of it has to do with other things in my life as well--I'm finally achieving many things I've been working toward for years--but physically at the age of 37 I'm in the best shape of my life.
 
Congratulations, I haven't been able to graduate and say, finally i arrived to the goal and now is time to keep it this way for ever, is always ups and downs, but getting there, my getting there means to thin my skin to the point to see my abs, I still a layer of insulation that needs to be burned, is like very stuborn, did I mentioned I was really over weight and went thru four pregnancies,? so there is a fat layer on my tummy that is not willing to go yet, but I am working on it, my goal is that I wont rest till I see my abs of steel, because I can feel them but not see them,.

I am also in weight maintainance... after losing 36 lbs, I kinda stay between 101 and 103.... I like maximus eat pretty good during the week, and eat what I want on the weekends.....

I have to say I'm happy too . loosing 50 pounds has done wonders for me . Spiritually ,my self esteem ,I could go on and on . Now Its about my health and living a long healthy life And Not having my kids take care of me . So My body fat is down to 21 or 22%. ( Thats from doing some math problem in a magizine)I'm aiming for 19%(Ormen Fat Anilizer on the way )(Will see for real how much I gotta work LOL) And its mostly my Tummy where its most stubborn . I had 3 C-sections ,And I wont rest till I can see my Abs.Boy can I feel them .. ..Sarah ,is helping guide me thru this part . Shes great !!!I havent touched any sweets for 3 plus weeks now and made it thru my first 2 days of TTOM .... Yee haaa .Things are gonna happen now !!!.I'm actually for the first time in my life Proud of myself ,and I' 43 !!!..My teenage boys are proud of me too !!
