I was losing and doing good, then all of a sudden I am gaining instead, nothing has changed even the box of vanilla wafers have been gone for a couple of days now. So I am thinking that I am not eating enough now, the only problem with this is how do you eat MORE when you aren't hungry?!!?? I stop eating after supper usually around 6 pm in the evening and I drink 96 to 128 oz. of water a day. I don't eat clean like most of you do but I don't eat alot of junk either. I have a family to feed and can't make separate meals for myself and my one son who can't tolerate milk products and my youngest son who has decided that he doesn't like any of the things that he used to like and then cook normally for my dh and oldest ds. So I am wondering how you eat enough if you aren't hungry?
My measurements are pretty much the same. I just hate to see all my good work go down the drain. And no it isn't my time of the month and I am not pregnant!! I usually average about 1500 calories a day and I do keep track of what I eat.
I have noticed one thing which I don't know if it would factor in or not. But with the onset of summer and warmer days I notice that when normally I would pee clear by 64 oz. of water it is taking more and more water for me to pee clear these days. Could I need more water during the summer months to stave off dehydration?
I can't imagine trying to squeeze in more water but I guess anything is possible.
I don't want to get discouraged now when I was doing sooo good and just need to figure out what has gone awry now.
Thanks.
