Origins products aren't going to replace a good acne treatment if that is what you need (personally I use an over the counter cream, Quinoderm, which contains 10% benzoyl peroxide and this works really well). However, the Origins products specifically for oily skin are good because they moisturize and soften the skin without causing breakouts like other products can. They actually do contain oils, but special ones that do not block pores. I really like "Matte Scientist" for daytime, which moisturizes and also gets rid of shine.
