Hi Debbie - I spoke with Lisa - we'll both be there. Erica let me know if you're going and want to ride together (what about your Chesterland workout buddy too?)

For any Ohio Cathe-ites who are looking for a workout trip (while we're awaiting word from Cathe on any plans) the crew at Tracie Long Training is trying to put one together. It'll be in Charleston SC though I'm not quite sure when - but sooner than a Cathe road trip. So if anyone is interested maybe we can chat more about it at our get-together.

Hi Lorrie - I won't be able to make it for the get-together. Saturdays are difficult for me because my kids have multiple activities that overlap and they need transportation. Next year, my oldest will be driving so that should help a lot. Thanks for thinking of me and offering to ride with me!

Debbie - thanks for being such a sweetie.:* I'm sorry that I can't make it - I can't believe that it's been so long since we had our little get-together with HB!

Lorrie, great...look forward to seeing you & Lisa again! Conni, I think we should take a poll on what workout/workouts to do. What do you think? Some have requested my workout routine but I am all for Lowmax if that is what the group selects. I love that workout. Erica, I'm sorry you won't be able to join us. Maybe, HB & I can meet up with you closer to your area some day when hubby is home? We'll miss you. Should we start a separate post with a poll for what workout everyone wishes? Give me feedback all!

I've done Debbie's routines, and I personally would prefer those. They are HiLo, and that would mean no one would have to drag along any equipment. They are not hard to follow and they are FUN!

Hmmm let me see....we start out with a Warm-Up & stretch (OF COURSE), then we do anywhere between 6-8 Hi/Lo routines which are choreographed to music & they include your normal cha-chas, ponies, grapevines, jogs, jax, plyos and just the normal Hi/Lo stuff. :p Then, we end that part with a stand-up cooldown and stretch. Then, we do an endurance type strength workout using handheld, (dumbbells), bands, bodybars and ankle weights...all optional of course. I have enuf bodybars and bands for everyone but would want you all to bring like a pair of 8# DB's (lighter or heavier if you prefer.) I have some dumbells in the closet you all can borrow if you don't want to lug yours along. We do a total body strength workout hitting at least 5 of the body parts PLUS ABS and we end with a cooldown/stretch on the floor. If we decide to do step, you will all have to bring your own steps as I don't teach it. I can bring our TV and Lowmax to the church if that is your vote. I don't have time to set up a poll today but will do that tomrrow if you wish. Just give me feedback. I have another class to teach this afternoon and Survivor starts tonight!!!! I'll try to check in after class today but if not, for sure tomorrow. Happy Thursday all. I can hardly wait!!!

This sounds great to me, Debbie! I think the "less is more" approach is a good one. Alot of people are traveling a good distance, they need not have to worry about lugging a step along as well!

I am sorry to say March 4th is not an option for me! It's DH's B-Day and my marathon training group coach has us all running a 10K race that day. I would be pushing an evening arrival if I tried to make it!

Sorry I will not get to meet you guys in person but will shoot for next time!!
