Oh...the pathetic excuses...

I have only worked out once this week. Is it the PMS? Am I THAT lazy? I think I am just very lazy. I put off working out to the point that I just tell myself I'm too tired.
I lost a lb. this week and I have no idea why. It's kinda funny actually.

Hats off to all of you that get up early to workout! I am not, and have never been, a morning person. If I got up early to workout I don't think I could do Cathe's workouts. I'd probably have to do "Sit and Be Fit".

Please don't take this as a "woe is me, feel sorry for me" post because it isn't. I think I just need some accountability.

If I only worked out once a week, people would die. Seriously, I get so incredibly grumpy if I don't, that I'll make myself, even if I don't feel much like it. And yes, during that PMS week it's difficult to find any motivation to do anything other than eat.

I'm sure you're just going through a phase. Maybe it's your body's way of telling you that it needs a rest. You'll be back at it before you know it:)

Maybe you needed some time to just relax or maybe you were just lazy. Whatever the case, jump back in next week.

I've had the opposite problem...did my workouts as planned but my diet went straight down the tube! I blame it on PMS too...my sweet craving have been through the roof and I'm scared to get on the scale. You'd think I would be working it off, but I'm not so optimistic.

How was your diet this week? If you ate well and only worked out once, that could have been enough. Have you been working out hard lately and your body needed a break? All I can say is don't beat yourself up about it (and I should take my own advice!) and just get yourself back on track with your workouts. You are not lazy! You are listening to your body!

Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I will respond!

That made me laugh. I would have a hard time doing Cathe really early too. I only workout in the mornings on the weekend and it is at least 9am before I attempt it..

I am sure you will get back on track. You must have needed a break!

Well, I must confess my eating has not been very good this week and my workouts are so so. That is why I'm stumped as to why I've lost one pound this week.

I forgot to mention that I had planned to start a new rotation this week. I did one day. ha ha It seems that when I actually have a plan, it doesn't work out. But when I just decide each day which video I'll workout to, it happens. Go figure.

Thanks for the support. I'm planning to get on track and lose the weight I need to lose. Not just to fit into smaller clothes, but I'd like to be able to be active with my active children. :)
