OH MY!!!!..... I did Body Max today!!!!

I just got Body Max and did the upper body portion yesterday, I was sore after it. I had already done through lunges on Power Hour before doing the upper body portion of Body Max. So some of the exercises got repeated and my arms were sore yesterday afternoon. But today I decided to tackle the first 2 segments, weeeellll I think it tackled me!!!:+ I was dripping wet after the step segment then took about a 2 min. breather before starting the leg circuit. It wasn't too bad but after doing the step portion your legs are already tired.:( Considering this is my first Cathe step tape I didn't do too bad keeping up.:) There were a few places that I just couldn't come off the step on the right side and then got turned around but for the most part I am rather proud of myself for making it through.:D

Anyway it is a great workout and I will have to work at mastering it.;-)

Congrats! And yes, expect to be very sore! he he he}(

That soreness is what keeps you coming back for more...because it works sooooo good!

Keep at it once a week and it will become a breeze.

That's great Annette! ESPECIALLY for your first Cathe step tape! :7 Good for you on the positive thinking. We all messed up our first times thru, but it just gets better & better each time you attempt it. You deserve to feel proud. You go girl!
