I am so impressed by all of the rotations that I see here!! I had no idea that this board was here. I have a couple of general questions for all of you-
I am a new Cathe fan- just ordered some tapes and I'm wondering what you use to determine which types of tapes to do on each day. In other words, how do you decide which tapes are good for Monday, Tuesday etc.? Do you just try to rotate between cardio and weight work? Also, I love some of the rotations but don't have all the workouts that are listed. Is there some way to substitute one workout for another?

There is really only one important "rule". Don't lift weights for the same muscle group 2 days in a row. For example, don't lift weights for legs both Monday and Tuesday. Other than that, it's really finding what works for you. Don't feel you have to do what everyone else does (unless you just want to!). I usually get wonderful ideas from Cathe and other posters then modify it to fit my needs. I don't ONLY do DVDs I also swim, bike, and do yoga classes so I have to write my own rotations but I definitely get inspriation from here. :)
 
Oh and some people will disagree with me, but I personally find I need at least one day totally off from exercise per week or I get run down.
