Oh my...Cathe HiiT 30/30

I just tried Cathe's Hiit 30-30 and struggled almost the entire time. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I really thought I would do better than I did. Now I am on a complete mission to master it although based on my performance today, it's going to take some time.
 
Try not to be so hard on yourself!
If everything was easy, we'd never have a challenge!
Was it the choreography you found difficult or your endurance?

HA! That's on my schedule right now. I'm avoiding it out of fear. Cathe says they all think it's the easiest but I find it the hardest. The others at least have a couple 1 minute recoveries thrown in! You're not alone. I'm off to my torture chamber!
 
Honestly, I feel like no matter how many times you do the Hiit workouts, there will be days that you ROCK! and then days when you pant and want to die. Haha! Those days when you're right on will make you feel so much better about your fitness level, but don't be too hard on yourself on the days when your body just doesn't want to give as much either :)

Unfortunately, my endurance. This will definitely be a challenge for me but I'm up for it. I have no idea how Cathe does it AND talks the entire time. She is amazing.
 
I totally hear you!! When I first started the "easy" 30/30 HiiT, I could barely make it through 15 minutes. It's sooo challenging but unbelievably rewarding when you can get through it successfully!! Hang in there!! YOU WILL GET THERE!!
