MIC!!!! I can never get through this workout! Why? My endurance is good - I can make it through all other Cathe workouts. But this one? Uh-uh. I get to that blast at the end and it's just not happening. I stop there every time. What do you think? Try one part of the blast and add on more each time? I get so angry and frustrated - I should be able to do this! For those of you who can - I bow to you in awe!

I've never done this workout in it's entirety. I always tack on either the Hi/Lo or the step at the end of a weight workout just to get some cardio in--I love, love, love the hi/lo fromt this workout!

I think I'm going to HAVE to try it now though!

I have a confession. I haven't even WATCHED this one all the way through. I looked at the girl to Cathe's right and saw how winded and red she was just starting the step portion, and thought "maybe not today". I was also very distracted by Cedie's bad choice of sports bras. I haven't pulled it out in about a year. I have done rythmic step and IMAX though.

This is my most dreaded cardio workout although it has gotten somewhat easier for me. A couple of months ago, I did the hi-lo portion and then the Low Max blast only premix and got a great workout. My heartrate was really up there with that one. I don't really care for the step, it's kind of boring for me but it is a good workout on 8". I don't pull MIC out very often but when I do it's still always a challenge to get through.

I did this a couple of days ago in its entirety. The only way I can do it is to mix it up. I do the warmup, then the step and blasts, then the Hi-Low, then the cooldown and stretch.

When I try to do it as presented, I trip and slip off the step because my legs are fried from the Hi-Low.

I think step should always come first in this type of workout.

I used to belong to a gym where their most popular class was the same exact style as MIC--Hi/Low first and step second. I think it's better than having step first. But that's just my preference/opinion.

This is also my most dreaded least fav workout. I don't like the hi/lo at all I find it to be way to much impact for me. The step portion is okay.

I love RS and that's why I have this dvd.
