Officially obsessed with StepBlast

Hi Cathe,

I never post but I had to tell you that I'm officially obsessed with StepBlast. I've been doing all your workouts for the past two years and find there's a few I latch onto and can't give up (e.g. Power Hour is like my bible, I've had THE BEST results with it. Even though I mix it up with other strength workouts, I always go back to it on a consistent basis. It was the first strength video by you that I purchased, so maybe it's like my first love?)

I've had StepBlast since the new year, and can't get enough of it! The music is fantastic, the moves are incredible, inspiring and motivational(the second segment gets me every time - all those ponies, yikes!!!) and the blast at the end is supreme! (I particularly love how I can do the entire tape, including the challenge, on my longer cardio days, or just do the first 40 minutes on my cardio/strength training days.)

I've been trying to do your other cardio videos for variety, but I have a hard time trying to pass up StepBlast each day.

Love it! MORE, MORE, MORE ALL-STEP WORKOUTS LIKE THIS PLEASE!!!!!

I have to agree with you guys!!! This one is literally a blast!!!!! My three favorite step ones by Cathe are Step Blast, Rhythmic Step and the step from Cardio & Weights!! They are all fun, so anytime you want to make more of these type is great with me!!!!
 
My gosh - I share your obsession! It was the second Cathe tape I've tried. In the 13 days I've owned it, I've done it 7 days. It's such a high! One night, I spent two hours just working out the choreography. I've never been obsessed by a workout before. (Well, now I know what cardio tape I'll do this morning!!)
 
I was wondering if you'd tried Rhythmic Step. They are similar in terms of how they are set up. RS has 3 sections and then a challenge, as SB does. It doesn't have interval blasts, but it has all step seg's together, without intervals stuck in there.
 
I did Step Blast today for the second time in two weeks. It was so much fun I might do it again tomorrow. It has a quicker feel to it. I think because she doesn't break down a lot of the steps. She sort of just "throws it right at cha" alot. :7 I want to hurry up and learn the whole workout so I can rock without thinking about it.

me too, me too!!! I am not fond of HiLo at all but absolutely love StepBlast, Rhythmic Step, StepWorks, and PowerMax. They make me wish crosstraining wasn't necessary so that I could do step every day!

Boy, this really IS a fun one! I've been learning it bit by bit using the TS DVD...I have the Step Blast/SJP DVD too (of course!, lol) but I'm finding it's easier to learn doing it in increments each day...to think only a few months ago I was afraid to even try any of the step workouts! I started with C&W and Imax2 and now I can't get enough of step! :)
