I just recently had one six weeks ago. Being so fit minded and not ever really just concerned about how I look, this is new to me. I'm still very fit minded but now I have a more outward appearance, if you know what I mean. Before my breasts were never really a thought in regards to working out and now that has changed. Now, I'm trying to get back slowly into jogging and I wonder if you can suggest any workout bras. To me having anything bounce is just strange. They are not huge I guess, I'm only a 34C, I'm just trying to get used to them. So if you can suggest any workout bras and I would like to start lifting again, were there any chest exercises you avoided? Thank you very much.
