Sorry if this question has already been asked. I am interested in purchasing a couple DVD's, but many of the DVD's require you to purchase it in a pack with other workouts, which I already have. Do you sell single DVD's without having to buy the other workouts. I was interested in MIC, but that again requires me to purchase the other workouts. Thanks for your help.

No, these are not separate titles bundled together on different disc. Instead, we put several titles on the same disc to increase mix and match possibilities. Thus, the titles can not be purchased separately.
