I think they get longer every time! There was so much going on this time, I'm sure I missed some things. I even brought along a little notebook to take notes throughout the weekend! And Suzanne... I did incorporate your special request. ;-) There were just so many people, I didn't get to meet all the newbies, but I did get to meet some of them. Hope you all had a blast! 
So without further delay, here's the poem!
The fifth Cathe road trip
Began October twenty-seven.
VFers convened in Glassboro
(A.K.A. workout heaven!)
Several VFers arrived early
On Thursday the twenty-sixth.
Those extra workouts sure proved
That they're some really super-fit chicks!
After Don Pablo's on Friday
It was time to shop and chat.
Brenda, tell us again...
How many lights was that?
We shopped for fitness gear
At Sports Authority and Just For Feet.
But the DMX Magnetics at #####'s
Were at a clearance price so sweet!
Kristin's toes were on display
In the Just For Feet lot.
As we watched her polish change color
What strange looks we got!
While chowing down on dinner
We played a matching game
With VFers' high school photos.
Some still looked the same!
Beth M. was voted "Most Changed"
But I really must confess
That Joyce I.'s photo
Just one VFer guessed!
Later on we watched Brenda's
Little blooper in CTX.
And Clare and Ayisha
Demonstrated BodyFlex.
Kristin's daughter Caroline
Was the cutest video highlight
Performing "up jack, down jack"
With all her might.
Then there's that video with Zsa Zsa
Doing pushups on her hunky men.
On the scale of supreme cheesiness
That one rates a ten!
This time it wasn't Cleda
With an embarrassing tale to share.
For Amy K. was the one
Who forgot to pack underwear!
At the Saturday step class
Clarence added a masculine touch.
He's quite a cardio king
Who enjoyed the workout very much.
Cathe worked in our favorite moves
New, old and in-between.
And there were more cheers than expected
When she called out "Power 15!"
We headed to Italian Bistro
For a delicious, delectable lunch.
There were three tasty sandwich selections
And plenty of bread to munch.
After lunch it was time
For our strength workout.
Where Kristin's amazon strength
Was proven without a doubt!
Our pizza party was complete
With baby Eric dressed up as a bee
And a special Halloween treat
From that crafty Nancy C.!
Vidiot Wars trivia was fun.
Who could the winners be?
Cleda, Abbe, Lydia, Angela,
Ayisha, Jackie and me!
No cheating on the obstacle course!
Those barbells must be stripped!
(Hey, we'd have won that, too
If we hadn't had tight clips!) ;-)
Sunday found Germ and Kristin
Wearing matching Carushka camo.
And no, that's not what we mean
When we talk about "going commando."
And Judy SP taught Clare
How to properly move her legs
To do a favorite Christi move...
Which one? The Ham-N-Eggs!
Our morning workout treat
Was a warm-up by Germaine.
And later, Cathe's low-end squats
Caused some expressions of pain.
The mix of step, kickbox and circuit
Offered something everyone liked
But during those punching drills
You could tell we were really psyched!
Now it's off to PB's
For our breakfast nourishment.
We all just can't believe
How fast this weekend went.
Clare, Sharon and Joni
Must've had the toughest job
Planning such a great weekend
For this crazy vidiot mob!
We're sad the trip is over
But those low-ends did us in!
