Hey Becky.. yes this w/o today really was a burner. I didn't add on anything since I did PLB yesterday. I may still add some abs. DH just pulled in so I'd better go for a while.
I dont have legs and glutes.
I only have gym style legs, slow and heavy legs, as far as legs only workouts.
I do have a couple of step work outs, boot camp, KPC, muscle max and I few others.
Do you think any of those subs might work? I was thinking gym style legs maybe??
