Good morning UBBB's.

Yesterday was GS BSB and I added on GS Legs 33 minute timesaver premix. A good add on.

Today is IMAX1 and I need some cardio!

Good Morning Jane & all the babes still yet to show up!!

Yesterday was GS BSB & I added on SM #3 and 1 hour on the stationary bike. (to work off the peanut butter cup ice cream I splurged on yesterday!!!:eek: )

Today is Imax 1 and if I have time I want to add on a leg workout. Of course, it's been a while since I've done Imax1, maybe after that I will be collapsed on the couch!:p I'll just have to wait and see how I feel.

What's everybody up to today? It's going to be 75 and sunny here today! I don't want to jinx it, but we've had a beautiful, mild fall so far and I'm loving it !!!:D

Hey Becky.. I hope you got some sleep last night. It is suppose to be 80 here today and sunny. Can you BELIEVE there is another hurricaine in the gulf, headed to Florida this time (Wilma)

Yesterday I never got to do GSBBS due to running around all evening and then getting pooped! I will have to make it up today with cardio, and so far I don't have any plans! Yeah, so far!

Good morning ladies:

Today was Pyramids biceps, shoulders and back, added on abs from Muscle Max. Feels nice. Not sure what cardio I'll do tomorrow. May do some wood stacking after work too for some really productive upper body work (as my DH would say).

Becky, the PB cup ice cream sounds wonderful. I don't even buy ice cream any more cuz I used to eat it right after I brought it in the house, you know just skimming the soft part right off the top of the box. I could eat way too much by just skimming.... I've also had to give up natural PB on a regular basis as I was eating way toooo much of that. Why is everything that tastes so good so bad? Not fair, that's what I say. Also, on your stationary bike, do you watch DVD's or listen to music or anything? I was loaned some Spinerval tapes that I think I'll try to do once a week when the weather turns to where I can't ride outdoors. I've heard they are tough, but will help me when spring riding starts up again.

Today was Imax 1. Yowza! Those power scissors do me in every time!
I also did Ab hits. Needless to say I was very happy by the time the cooldown came around.

Imax is HISTORY! And I did it this time without almost passing out! :7
It's supposed to be 67 and sunny here ladies. I have a dentist appt. with DB x( and then I think I'm going to go for a walk. My legs are really feeling it from Imax. Good luck Becky and Jane!

Hey Kim! I hope you're doing ok today! Please don't be down on yourself! You're doing great. You're foot is coming along nicely, you're able to do more, I know you're soooo busy and that rots because you want to do other things. It'll all workout. Just do what you can a day at a time!:)

Hey Jeanette! Wood stacking DOES sound like a tough UB workout! Don't work too hard!

Hi Terri got my walk in last evening! Saw a lot of people I know while I was out! Are you doing Imax today? How's your son? Does he have a lot of pain? I hope he heals up quick!

YOWZA is RIGHT Connie ! Oh man!:p

Just finished IMAX 1 on an 8" step and I did all the plyo jacks, air jacks, scissors and tucks! WHEW! That's a killer!:p
I also added on floor leg work and abs from PS! I think I can lay on the couch the rest of the day eating chips and dip! :D Okay, I'm kidding! I will probably be mowing the grass and washing my car, among other things.........no couch on my schedule.;-)

Hmmmm....I'm sorry, I dont' remember who asked about the bike. Yes, I have it in front of the pc which is also a TV, so I usually tape my favorite shows that DH doesn't watch and watch while pedaling or walking/running on the treadmill. Sometimes I listen to music. ANYTHING to make it less boring!!
And I shouldn't have ice cream in the house (you are SOOOOOOO right about the soft part on the top ,(and sides, as it melts:9 ).....you skim and skim and pretty soon 1/2 a carton is GONE!!! :eek: What I ate yesterday was leftover from a birthday party we had here. Now it's gone , so I'm safe again!
I love peanutbutter too and have to be soooo careful because I could get a big spoon and just eat it from the jar! ;-)

Okay, gonna get a smoothie and take a shower!

Sounds like we are all finally having some pleasant weather after the crap last week!

All of you doing this UB rotation are going to look like Shwarzenegger by the time you are done! I'm very afraid! :eek: }( :eek: :p

BM last night was a bust. Ended up only doing the U/B and abs sections because when I started the w/u my knee and ankle started to hurt for some reason??? ;(

My plan for today...to make up for yesterday's poor w/o is to do the leg circuits from BM as one work out this morning and then move on to Step Fit later which is on the schedule for today. I am just nixxing the step only portion of BM unless I go outta my mind! LOL

Joey is doing great, Kali. He is working hard on sitting up and rolling over and manuevering while laying on his belly. Jeesh, I make him sound like a puppy, don't I!? Nice mom he's got, huh? LOL :+ :7 :p So when's your next saturday off? Have one coming up that you know of?

So I have just lost another pound! :+ My totals since I started zig-zagging are 9 pounds and 2.55% body fat down in 9 weeks!!! :7 I definately can not complain about that, I'll tell ya! Even though I am heavier than I was pre-PG and in bigger pants (for the most part-some of my smaller stuff is starting to fit!), I think that my body looks better than it did back then! My stomach is DEFINATELY flatter than it used to be!!!:7 :7 :7 WOOT WOOT! lol

I hope I didn't miss anyone. My son is feeling better. I called him twice yesterday and he is still having pain but it is much better. Still so freaky what happened to him.

Today will be imax1 and some ab work and I think I will do leaner legs.

Can you refresh my memory (I'm SORRY!! I never wrote it down!:-( ) how you made the latest smoothie & what was in it?? Was it sweet potato smoothie??
I know I wanted to try it but I guess I am having a senior moment!

Hey ladies,

Just got home and got to pick up son later on at school and then off to the grocery store.x( I have been short on time here lately and decided that I should go lighter for now on weights and do total body maybe two or three times a week. I want to work on my legs more since I can do a little more. I don't know whether to go by a past rotation and modify it or just do my own thing. I hope I can still check in here. Please don't throw me out!:p


I'm thinking on doing the all step premix from C&W. I will either make it or not. If not I will move on to another option!

Hi ladies,

Did 14 mins. of C&W and 10 mins. on the bike. I forgot how many hops and across the board were in the workout. I started feeling a little pain when I would run on top of the step, so I only went a few mins. longer. Then I just hopped on the bike for 10. I have to pick up my son now, but will probably do some more bike tonight.

IMAX One is done!!! I did it on an 8 inch step (can't let Becky have all the fun!!) My HRM said I only burned 10 more calories than I did on the 6 inch step **scratches head** not sure if those 2 inches are worth that!


Woohoo! Way to go Wendy on the weight and body fat loss. Zigzagging has worked wonders for me too!

Kim - just do you own thing, don't try to follow a rotation if it gets you frustrated. Just figure out for that particular day how much time you are going to have for a workout and pick it then. That way it takes the pressure off.

Hey Becky.. of course I don't mind... senior moments?? I think I am in perpetual senior moment mode sometimes!:p

I zap a sweet potato in the microwave, a small to medium size one, enough to fit in a one cup measure after it is cooked. Freeze.

Then frozen sw pot, 1 cup sk milk, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and there you have it. Today I didn't put cinnamon in it and last time I did. I like it both ways. The one without cinnamon makes me think of sw pot pie since I don't put cinnamon in my pies.

TY for the congrats Jane! :)

I ended up stringing the BM power circuits and Step Fit all into one work out. PHEW~that was a toughie! 60 solid minutes of pure huffing and puffing! }(

I gotta go decide what to make for dinner now...and I gotta eat a little something while I'm cooking...I'm behind on my cals! :eek:
