October Rotation - Tues 10-18-05

THANK You so much Jane!! I can't wait to try that smoothie! I bought sweet potatoes today so I am good to go. ;-)

I think I did okay with my eating tonight (we went out to dinner). I had baked grouper with crab meat- and didn't eat it all because it was a big piece, a salad from the salad bar(no dressing, LOTS of veggies), plain baked potato, mixed veggies (yellow squash, zucchini and carrots). Lots of water too.

In the middle of the day when I was wanting to eat junk, I had a granola bar instead. So I think I've done okay.

Wendy...GOOD for you! Your hard work is showing!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!

Well, tomorrow calls for cardio kicks on my rotation and I'm not looking forward to all of that jumping around right now but I guess I can modify if I need to...
