October rotation question

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I could sub for the 30 minute light run on the October rotation? I'm not into running and would like to do a workout video, any suggestions? Also, for tomorrow it is any all step workout, what is everyone going to do?

Hi Michelle,
Today I'm doing LoMax as my all step workout. For the 30 minute light run you could sub a bike ride or a longer brisk walk. If you really just want to do a video instead maybe one of the step routine such as basic step and do just a 30 minute compliation. Just some ideas. Hope you find something that works for you.

Thanks Angel. I ended up doing the step premix from Cardio & Weights. Always love that one.
