Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “PHA: SUPERSETS 2 - No Repeats. This total body time efficient workout combines the concept of PHA -Peripheral Heart Action training (alternating upper and lower body exercises) with SUPERSETS (doing two upper body and two lower body back to back). This combination takes the cardio and muscle endurance benefits to a whole new level. Let’s do this!
Equipment Needed:
Sets of light through heavy dumbbells (I’ll be using 5’s and 15’s…but grab whatever weighted dumbbells you can do 16 reps of squats or deadlifts with).
