Veggies are a carb not a protein.

It might be "ok" to get your protein that way, but usually a varied diet is better for the body.

Variety is excellent for your health. How about adding some healthy nuts, seeds and beans? There are SO many out there, and they're yummy. :)
 
If by "veggies" you include beans and grains, then yes (though they are not "veggies"). Quinoa, tofu, tempeh, seitan, beans and hemp seed are excellent protein sources.
