Numerous Compliments!!

Hello everyone! I just had to share this with you. I have been a regular exerciser for quite some time now, mainly to Cathe's tapes, and lately I've been getting so many compliments from co-workers and friends. Just the other day, my doctor told me I was in great shape, and people at work tell me I look good. It's funny, but some of my co-workers are even asking me for fitness and nutrition advice and asking me "what I do to look so good!" hehe...I just have to give all the credit to Cathe's videos...she the best! I cant wait to see more of her in the newar future! Well, this is just a little something to keep everyone motivated...keep it up, the results will shine through with time and patience!! Congratulations!! I bet that made you feel sooooo good! Can I be nosey and ask what your goals were before you started working out? Like losing weight, toning up, etc? I just love hearing where people started out and what they did to get to where they are today.
 
Thanks ladies! You are right, Cathe sure is a blessing! I have to tell you that I used to teach aerobics at a gym, and I also had a personal trainer, and I NEVER, repeat NEVER got the results I have gotten with Cathe's tapes. Weird but true! Guess Cathe's workouts are geared towards women's specific needs. Well Katrid to answer your question, I started working out about 4 years ago and it was mainly to loose weight and tone up. I need to loose about 20 pounds. I started lightly at the gym and lost about 15 pounds, but really never got the definition or "look" that I was longing for. Finally about 2 years ago, I discovered Cathe, and she changed my life! I no longer have the need to join a gym, and get a better work out at home on my own time. I have been rotating workouts along with running outdoors maybe 1 or 2 times per week. But Cathe's strength workouts are awesome! I am a pear shape, and I found the S&H leg workout made a big difference. Well, let me stop rambling....I can go on and on! hehe. Keep up the good work ladeies and keep on sweating! :)
 
Oh one more thing... that is I "needed" to loose 20 pounds.. hehe I am 5'2, started at 130, and now weigh 108! Sorry about the typos. Just wanted to mention that you ladies are also an inspiration to me as well!

Your post got my attention because I'm at your starting point. I'm about 5'2" and started at 130, but am only down to 124. Don't know if I'll EVER get back to 108!!!! You've done very well. Can I be so bold as to ask how old you are? I'm 42 and wondering if my age has anything to do with how stubborn the extra pounds are about coming off.
