Number of Reps: all the workouts?

Has anyone ever recorded how many reps of each exercise cathe does in her DVD's? I realise there are tons of worksheets posted at fitnessvideofanatics...but nothing seems to record how many reps of each exercise she does.

I know I started to do this at one point then stopped, but I think I have (somewhere) info on reps for some of the older ones like MIS and PS. I'll look for these and post, if anyone's interested...and I'd love to know if anyone has number of rep info for any of the newer workouts! Please post!

(this could be a spring project for me...)

I don't really keep track of the number of reps, but for Pyramids, you would be doing 52 reps per body part.(12+10+8+10+12=52). Hope this helps with your Spring Project! :7
