I get so tired of hearing that 6 meals a day is a must for weight loss. There are so many other ways to eat. Personally, 6 meals a day left me stressed and hungry. I have been doing intermittent fasting for about 6 months now, basically 1 or 2, 24 hour fasts per week and I have finally shed the 10 pounds I gained when I turned 40. I had been trying for 5 years to lose weight, doing the 6 meal a day thing, with no success at all. IF works for me, but might not work for everyone.
