I have been noticing that when I work really hard my calves and feet begin to feel numb. Has anyone else experienced this? I have noticed it the most on the harder sets of plyo jacks and squats on Interval Max. Should I worry about this, or am I just not warming up enough? I have thought about doing the warm up sections of this tape twice to see if that doesn't help. Thanks for you input.
Just a little add on. Read " Jon's Side of the Story " on the pregnancy up date. Brought tears to my eyes. It is so good to hear someone state that "life is good!" It is also wonderful to hear about a man loving his wife and family. I am a teacher. I hear too many heart wrenching stories these days!
