Good Morning Sally & Ann,

Today is going to be Gym Style legs for me. Looking at the generic rotation Cathe mentioned in Ask Cathe until we here from Debbie. Not a big fan of yoga so still trying to figure out tomorrow. Any ideas? :confused:

Hi Tami & Ann and everyone else who wants to join us:),

To start off, in answer to your question: I don't like yoga either even though I keep trying(ugh). Have you tried pilates? I don't mind that so much. I'm going to have to check out the rotation you're talking about.

My workout this morning was LM warm up and blasts only, then I added on ME lower body only premix. I just used light weight, um, I should say "lightER" weight:) and it went well.


I had a light bulb moment the other day. It finally dawned on me what I did to my shoulder. I was doing chest flys back in October I think and went back to far with my weight and felt something pull in my left shoulder(it's weaker than my right). I have been trying to baby it ever since, but got tired of that and went back to lifting heavier. Now I'm paying for it. Stupid me.

Okay, stupid question: how do you get the smileys in the message area? I have tried and it keeps going up in the title box.

Glad to hear you figured out how you injured it....I think. At least now maybe you won't repeat it. Hopefully. So did that work good for you this am? I may use that later in the week.

Day 1 Lower Body Heavy
Day 2 Yoga
Day 3 Core & Cardio
Day 4 Lower body Light & Light cardio
Day 5 Yoga
Day 6 Core & Cardio

2 yoga days? Yuck. It's all those downward dogs & Chatarungas that won't work for me with the shoulder. I do like p[ilates once in a while but the wo's I have are leg wo's. Which would be great for light leg days.


Ya know what else works great during our time of sorrow - the weighted vest!! It gave me more weight w/o having to hoist heavy with my shoulder. I used the vest & 2 - 10 lbs fornow to see how it went. so far so good.
