I've done my cardio so far today: 45" hill/jog intervals on the treadmill. I only jogged 2-3 minutes per interval and my walking parts were at 7,8 or 9 incline and 4.6mph. Total distance was 4.1 miles. I just got the kids off to school and a quick cup of Joe and then L&G ankle weight work. This has been my "standing legs" choice, although some of it is not standing, LOL.
Hi Aila, Jundy and Rhonda .today is Step works for me. I have never done this workout. My neck and trapeczus muscle are hurt. Today is a cardio day. I hope tomorrow will be OK and can do my weight training.Have a great day.
Unscheduled day off, helped dh load our rented trailer with debris from the demolishion that was done on Veterans Day. Lifted heavy wood and trashcans full of plaster and wood. I will do the workout for today tomorrow in the November rotation which works out kinda nice since I don't have Step Works.
