November Rotation (Week 3 Day 1)

Did PS Chest, Triceps, Abs from Step Heat and 20 minutes of yoga this morning. Tonight I want to do some walking on the treadmill. After gaining last week I think I need a bit more steady cardio.

Did anyone see that this week Cathe has us doing the Shoulder routine from PS and CTX? I think I may just stick with PS, don't want to over do it and aggravate an already tender shoulder (just when I do too much). Wonder why she has us doing two routines for shoulders but nothing else????

Hi, today is IMAX 2 for me. I really want to do cardio today. I do not know the cathe's reason to put two shoulders routines. In your situation I would listen to my body and do only one routine . Have a nice day.

Good morning ladies,

Today will be PS Chest and Tri and abs from SJP&Cardio & Weights. I feel like doing some cardio too, so I will probably do the first portion of Christi Taylor's Step Heaven. It's under 30 min which is enough for me. Have a great day everyone!!

I did PS Chest and triceps and abs from MIS today. I noticed that about the shoulder thing too, CTX shoulder routine is a killer. I may also have to forgo that part if I am fried after doing PS' shoulders.
