November Rotation (Week 2 Day 4)

I did Legs & Glutes standing, forgot how good that workout is. Instead of doing MIC I did P90X cardio X. My calves are sore from doing MIC floor the other day so I figured I shouldn't try MIC step until my calves are a bit better. Not sure what got them in MIC floor.

Good morning,

Today will be PLB Standing and running on the treadmill for 30-45 min. I may do some pilates today too. I purchased Hilary Burnett's pilates workout and did it yesterday evening. I really like it and want to do add it a couple times a week. Rhonda, I hope your calves feel better :) . Have a great day!!

I did a modified Nov. rotation workout today. The back of my knee is killing me so squats and lunges hurt like the dickens. I did PLB standing only, but with up only on both lunges and squats and I skip the deadlifts. Then because my knee still hurt I only made it through the warm up and 15 or so min. of MIC's step portion. sigh, really lame workout it would seem. Oh well tomorrow is a new day!!

Hi again.We are in that mission. Be ready for hardcore. I have done yet the step of MIC. When cathe finished I see the dvd counter and thought : Hei ¿the 35 minutes has finished yet?.I couldn`t believe it. It has been a short, cathe makes the time flow, workout but great.Have a nice rest of the day and I see you tomorrow.I hope I will see more pictures too.
