November Rotation questions

Hi,
I was wondering about the workout where we do Legs & Glutes, CTX Upper Body and the 20 minute run. Is this supposed to be all at one time? Just curious because this seems like a lot for one workout.

Hi Michelle,

Yes, I believe it's meant to be done all in one day -- it's a bit long -- probably about 1 1/2 hour or more -- if you have the Supersets DVD, maybe you might substitute one of those shorter workouts (45 - 50 min) or the 50 minute workout from Muscle Endurance that's in the premixes -- I think that one's also about 50 minutes. Then do the run -- that will put you just a little over an hour instead of an hour and a half.

You're welcome, Michelle. I'm doing the same rotation, and I actually don't have one of those workouts, so this is what I plan to do.:eek: ;)
