Good Morning,
Last night I was in the mood for some cardio so I did Rhythmic Step -I had so much fun. This morning I did Pure Strength Back Biceps and Abs. Hopefully I will have Slow and Heavy by the 3rd week of the rotation

. Anyway, it's pretty cold here today so I may have to dust off the stationary bike and MIC to get in the cardio tonight

I can't say I am really sore today but I can tell my muscles were worked-especially my triceps and shoulders (I went ahead and did shoulders since I have VHS of Pure Strength).
Mariángeles, I have put the picture of Muscle Max as my Desktop and I like the idea of printing it out and putting it in my workout area for motivation. Heck, I should probably put it on my fridge, in my cupboards, at work, ...
Aila, good job yesterday with the clean eating - it is so tough isn't it?
Well, I threw out the rest of the cake I had for breakfast yesterday so I wouldn't be tempted. So today I am starting new. Wish me luck.
