November rotation check-in

Hi, good morning everyone. Today I start the November rotation for fat burning. Today is KPC. I will add TJ cardio party nº 1.

The rotation incorporates running. I will sub the running with 5 intervals of IMAX , 1/2 of MIC, the step portion of Body Max, etc.

Anyway, I am going to do the Nov. rotation too , so today is KPC for me also.:) I was very excited to see this rotation, it's exactly what I was hoping for !

Yesterday I did circuit max.

Good morning fitness buddies.....

I didn't see the other Nov rotation thread, so I am transferring to this one.

Yesterday I did KPC and tri's and bi's from PUB and Timesaver. I was still trying to finish the last few days of the October rotation, then saw the Nov rotation and KPC was on there for the first Monday, so I am just going with the Nov. rotation now. I may throw in the rest of the upper body (back/chest, shoulders) w/o's today, tomorrow, or Thursday.

Today is LowMax and maybe back/chest from PUB and Timesaver.

KPC for me this AM also. Great WO - left me dripping. I'm always amazed at Cathe, Jai and Lorraine's ab's in this routine. They are so flexible looking. I can't really see mine while I'm doing the WO, but I know they don't look like that!!

Hey ladies,

Yesterday I did PUB,MIS chest and back. Today I am doing MIS,PUB shoulders,tri's,and bi's. I also did abs from MIS. I hate that I can't do Cathes rotation because it is alot of cardio. But I am making due with what I can do.

Greetings Nov. Check-In Group!

I am on day two of my rotation, because I prefer to stat on Mondays.
Yesterday was Power Hour to fit the description of : Upper Body, Lowe Body (standing) and abs. I went to my pilates class too only to find it had been canceled indefinately! I might have to find a new one. I find it helps supplement my core wrok nicely.

Today is 30" bike interval spinning. I'll pop in a Cathe int'vl DVD to gage my efforts. Then I will add GS floor legs. and a light stretch 10-15".

My plan:
* 5 days of heavy rep light weight LEGS (not unlike freestyle)
* 3 days endurance Upper Body
* 3 30" interval bike workouts
* 3 abs sessions
* and some stretching.
 
Good morning all. This rotation is perfect since I need to lose this excess (+ some more) baby fat. Going to go and do KPC in a bit.

I don't run so I"ll substitute some other form of cardio on those days.

Good Morning Ladies,

Is this the november personal goals check in? :) I am still unsure what rotation I am going to do. If I do cathes november rotation I will add more to it as I am use to two workouts a day. Kinda like what Stayfit is doing except for me I will add weight work. What I really think I need to do is establish what my goals are. I don't need to lose weight but of course we all have things we would love to change about our bodies :) I will decide here soon hat rotation I am doing and get back to you. I may do the rotation that Diana(got2bfit)mentioned yesterday. I think lorihart did it a for awhile.

Well I will be back in a bit when I know what I am doing :)

Good morning everyone,

I did Cardio Kicks today instead of KPC, and added Abs from Kickbox Express. I did StepBlast yesterday ( I hadn't seen the rotation yet, ) so I will do HSC tomorrow to get back on track. I will probably sub lowmax for an imax next week then.

Hi Ladies.

I will also be doing the November rotation but I will be a week behind y'all. I am in my last week of the July 03 rotation. Today calls for IMAX 1 so I'll be doing 2 since I don't have 1 yet!

I have seen great results following the July rotation. I've lost about 4 pounds and about 1.5% body fat since I started it! WOO HOO! :7 :7 :7

KPC is done for me. I also rode my bike for 30 minutes.

Terri, no, I looked and never found your post. I'm sorry. I'm still interested though.

I just enjoyed a chocolate almond protein smoothie...now it's off to the showers!

Wondering if I can check in here. I'm not exactly doing the NOV. rotation, I'm still working my way back up to those videos. So some of my workouts may be Firms. I hope you all don't mind though! I'd just like to keep myself accountable.

Christi and Diana-Welcome aboard! :)

I will be doing the same rotation as Diana. We both live in the Denver area and talk frequently so this will be a good rotation for us to do together and stay accountable.

I had already worked out today when I decided to do the rotation. I did a Jillian Michaels workout followed by imax2. Later I will do chest and tris!

Wendy glad to know you are having great results with the July rotation.

Conni CK and the abs of kickbox express is a great substitution for KPC.

Terri I will add more cardio. Today I have done KPC and I have added the Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout.

Dana I will substitute the running too.

Judy I hope you will find a new pilates class soon.

Jane I wasn't sure about what to do but I saw KPC and I decided to do this rotation.

Becky Cathe really listens to us.We were wondering if she could come up w/ a Weight Loss Rotation before the holidays and here we have the rotation. I appreciate it.

My workout is done. I have done KPC, Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout and 1 hour in my statonary bike.

pwmatt- I would like to have the Cathe's abs in KPC.


Kim- As Tony Horton says " do the best and forget the rest"

Hey there...I am short on time today so I did the blastmania premix from Imax 2. First time doing that one. Great work out! It was hard but I found that I had more energy for the blasts w/o having the step combos in between! I only subbed half of the plie jacks in blast 9 for regular jacks where I usually have to sub all of them in order to make it through that one! PHEW! I also did Step Heat abs-for a little 7 min ab routine, it sure is a killer!}(

I would like to join you too as my regular BFFM checkin is only a few times a week is seems and I would like to stay on track with all of you.

I did KPC last night - and will do Low Max tonight. I am also a week behind on Octobers Rotation - so I think I will add on the upper body from that with the November Rotation. So I will add S&H Tri's and Bi's tonight as well.

Anne.. we are in the same boat. I have a few more days left on the Oct schedule due to falling behind and my OCD self will not let it slide. I am adding on chest/back tonight with LowMax.
