November Personal Rotations Tues 8th,2005

Hey ladies,

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. I had a tooth that I haven't taken care of yet give me a fit yesterday. Yes call me stubborn! My dh keeps begging me to go,he says it is really going to hit me one day and not go away! Right now I have too much going on! I know I am crazy! So yesterday I stayed away from the computer and exercise. I will do S&H back, abs and a mish-mosh I made with legs. I will come back before I leave for work and let you see it! I don't know if I will even be able to finish that one!

Good Morning Kim and all who come by later!

I hope the tooth is feeling better again Kim. I know how that is. I have one that needs a crown but insurance won't pay until Jan. They said if I wait that long, I'll probbly need a root canal too, ughhhh but I am waiting. :-( It's just so darn expensive, and I have other things that my extra money can go to.........like Cathe workouts!!:7

Yesterday was my mish mosh to sub for KM. Today calls for Imax3 but I am sooooooooooooooo NOT in the mood for all that impact! Instead I think I will try Mega Step BLast that I got a couple weeks ago and haven't tried yet. Maybe I'll add something else......abs or something too.

It's thundering here and is supposed to be a rainy day. My DD is off school for Election Day. Maybe we'll go clothes/Christmas shopping!

Hey Kim and Becky!

Kim-I know how you feel about the dentist...avoidance seems to be pretty common when it comes to matters of the mouth! You really should go though if you are in pain.

I hate the dentist myself so I tend to even avoid my yearly cleaning appointments! :eek: I know it's bad...I go in waves....I'll go on schedule for a while and then all of the sudden I won't go for a long time and then I'll go once and then not go for a while and then go 4 times in a row....I'm HORRIBLE with the dentist! I was really good about it while I was pregnant but haven't been back since and my next cleaning was due back in like July or something!:eek: I always go EVENTUALLY but not like I should. I also have never had a lot of problems which I take advantage of by not going when I should. One day it's gonna come back and bite me in the a$$, I know it!x(

Today is Lowmax on the Nov rotation schedule. I did kpc yesterday...decided not to mess with perfection. 'Sides, she has kickmax on the sched. for next week anyway. :)

I'm checking in here quickly before getting on with a busy morning. Yesterday's BC x 2 was awesome. I did do some extra shoulders ( laterals, front raises, read lifts to round out the shoulder work)

today is bike 30 spinning intervals, and like you Becky I ain't in the mood, but I'll do it. I also have abs & floor legs on the rotation.

Oh Kim, I feel your pain. What are you doing to keep the pain in check? Hopefully you can get is taken care of soon.

Ok girls, I need some ispiration. I couldn't get myself out of bed this morning. I wasn't sore or anything, I just didn't want to. Any ideas on what I can tell myself in the mornings to rouse myself? I have been taking a rest day probably wont happen later. There's just too much going on with my family. Thanks in advance for all your help Phyllis

Hey everybody!

Phyllis, I know what you mean. These cold mornings just seem to sap the motivation right out of me. I almost didn't do Imax 3 today, then I thought, "Hey, put the DVD in, and modify if you want, no one is going to have a cow if you do!" Funny, though, I was all ready to modify the heck out of it, but I only ended up doing my usual modification of not jumping OFF the step, a move which I don't like at all! Before I knew it I was finished, and maybe feeling a little more proud than usual, simply for defying my odds!

Hang in there, you are not the only one with the morning blahs!:)

So, I did Imax 3, then ab hits. Have a great day!
 
Good Morninag Laies-Today is GS C&T, S&H C&T, + S,J&P for my rotation. Looks like everyone is getting in good workouts. Kim, so sorry to hear about your tooth. I HATE TOOTH PAIN!. Try to get it taken care of soon!

Ah...This is a S&H week...

Today is SH chest and back...
After is the warm up from KPC and segment one only of Mega Step Blast (haven't done it yet, got it in the sale)...If I'm not winded (and segment one looks EASY), then I'll try 2 also...

Toothe pain SUCKS!!! That can throw your entire day out of wack! PLEASE go to the dentist!

My workout is complete.

In place of Imax3, I did Mega Step Blast (for the 1st time). I know it's not really a suitable substitution, but I really don't care for Imax 3, and wasn't in the mood for all the high impact.
I was pleasantly surprised with MSB. Especially the 3rd combo, was pretty intense. :D
I also added 30 min. stationary bike ride.

Then I undid all the good by eating donuts with my daugher.;(
I do have some guilt, but she is 14 and the fact that she wanted me to make them and eat them with her wins hands down, to me keeping a clean diet this one day!! Tomorrow she is back to school and I can be a little extra careful.;)

Good morning everyone. I really need to start the week 2 of the rotation. Yesterday my eating was terrible.Today is scheduled Kick Max. I will add more cardio.

Kim, I hate the dentist too.Your mish-mosh sounds awesome. Thank you very much for posting this mish-mosh.

Becky,Listen to your body , I just want to say that I think that when rotations are posted there are mostly for guidelines and to provide some ideas and provide alternatives for making a video different. You can make your own modifications as well as listening to your body and doing what's best for you.

Judy- Great workout.

Pwmatt- Give yourself permission to cut back and do some easier stuff. Do only what makes you happy without thinking of the "shoulds" for a while.

Conni- Great workout.It isn't easy to stay always motivated.

Wendy, Enjoy Low Max. It is a fun workout.

Terri- Great workout.

Ok I'm back after my WO.

Just as a few of you posted above, I didn't want to do it. But.... I started with GS floor legs, then walked on the TM 40" hill interval and finished with Stretch Max. I should try to get in abs, but I may not as the day has to go on now.

Mariangeles the MANTRA you posted, was just beautiful. Thank you for putting it up.

Good Morning everyone!

Kim - as many have said - OUCH!! I hate having tooth pain! Get is checked woman... :)

Becky/Phyllis - Like you I am not in the mood for IMAX3 today - but I will do it. I have all day to prepare since I wont be doing it until after work.

Judy - Great job on BCx2 with extras. I need to try that soon!

Last night I did Kickmax for the first time. I like it and did all of the the challange. I think I still like KPC better - especially the music portion. Love the Music Louder option. Kickboxing needs good loud music to move to - bummer that KM is not that great with music. Still waiting for the DOMS to hit - I am sure by this afternoon they will be in full swing after those Conditioning drills.

P90X AB ripper X plus some additional abs on my power tower.

Later:
It is a toss up between HIIT and Low Max..we shall see.

Much much later Chakra Yoga to calm the soul...LOL

Hi again, KM and TJ 20 minutes workout are done.After posting this message I am going to do TJ ab jam and one segment of Quick Fix cardio kick of Jenis Saffell. Later I will use my stationary bike too.

Anne -I am agree with you.I love the music louder option especially in the kickboxing workouts. It helps you to kick and punch harder.

Good Evening Ladies,

Today I did IMAX 3, boy, that one is tough at 5:00 in the morning--I agree! I wasn't in the mood for it either but I did it. Had to stop in the middle of it to change my sneakers---that high impact is a bit much;-)-- You really have to mentally prepared for it! I also tacked on 15 minutes on my recumbent bike and Ana Caban's Pilates Abs workout.
