Kim~ still sore? I AM! Everywhere! My hamstrings are sore and I have GS legs and a 45 min. powerwalk today! Thank goodness I'm off again tomorrow! I have work tonight 5:30-11:30 so that is just going to make my DOMS all the worse!;( Have a good workout. And I mean that today. You BETTER do it today!
Becky~ that was probably a really good w/o for your legs splitting it up like that! Plus you got to watch your show!
Judy~do you like spinning? I never tried it. I used to ride the bike at the gym years ago, but never tried a spin class. Try to have fun and enjoy that stretch! A long stretch sounds wonderful!
I slept this morning. With DH working nights, I don't have to get up at 5am. I usually like to be done working out by now, but with working now I think getting a little more sleep if I'm off or working at night is a better idea as long as I can workout after the boys go to school. I felt horrible the other day my body was just so tired. I'm still getting used to it I guess.
